• GoMon **does not guarantee** 100% uninterrupted uptime for shortened URLs or custom branded domains, as routing can be impacted by localized network splits or external server latency.
• Link Expiration: Shortened URLs are subject to the specific parameters of your plan. GoMon is not responsible for broken links, lost marketing traffic, or printed material errors resulting from the expiration, archiving, or deletion of short links.

2. Dynamic Routing and Analytics Data

GoMon provides advanced analytics (such as country tracking, device detection, and referral data) and smart routing (such as geo-targeting or device-targeting). You acknowledge that these metrics are aggregated estimates based on user-agent headers and public IP databases, and GoMon cannot guarantee absolute real-time accuracy due to the widespread use of VPNs, proxy networks, and privacy-focused browsers.

3. Tier Allowances and Overage Bans

The lifespan, click limits, and performance of your short links depend directly on your active account status:

• Free Accounts: Free tier links are provided entirely without operational guarantees or service level agreements (SLAs). If your short links experience sudden viral surges that exceed the free monthly click volume, GoMon reserves the right to automatically pause redirection or display a warning page to visitors.
• Paid Subscriptions: Premium tiers unlock higher click thresholds, custom domains, and extended data retention. However, if a subscription payment fails or the account is downgraded, premium features (like custom domain routing or deep-linking logic) may be immediately deactivated, causing links to stop working or revert to default parameters. GoMon is not liable for business disruptions caused by tier deactivations.

4. Abuse Mitigation and Malicious Destinations

GoMon acts as a neutral technical utility for URL redirection. We do not preview or approve individual destination URLs before they are shortened. Consequently:

• Takedown Rights: If a shortened link created on our platform is found to route to phishing sites, malware, scams, or any material violating international law, GoMon will disable that link immediately without notice to the account holder.
